As part of the Total Quality Management for Emergency Services project, we are creating presentations to accompany the text book and the lesson plans. As presentations are completed they will be made available here.

The current set (version 3) includes three different presentations. The presentations include "An Introduction to Total Quality Management", "Quality Teams" and "Problem Solving Tools and Techniques". The presentations are designed to be used to supplement the textbook "Total Quality Management for Emergency Services" version 3. The presentations are made available in two different zipped packages. One package is in the Open Document (odp) format while the other package is in the Adobe Acrobat format. (pdf) format.
